We pride ourselves on being one of Ireland's premier online shops and we are delighted that so many new customers are shopping online with us!
We work hard to keep prompt processing times and aim to have your order ready for our courier the following day (weekends excluded).
All orders to Ireland are be sent by DPD and Fastway. Orders are sent fully tracked by DPD and you will get your tracking information via email and an SMS 2 hours before delivery. For Fastway shipments, you will receive tracking by email.
Items dispatched via a courier service will generally arrive with you next day. Delivery times are however beyond our control.
Click & Collect
Order online and pick up in-store. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. If there is a queue of people waiting for in-store shopping, simply call us on 046 90 71866 and we will come out to you with your order.
* Please Note *
All national couriers are under extreme pressure, so some deliveries can take up to 2 or 3 days. You can track your order using your tracking number. In most cases you will receive your package the next day.
On some orders where products are an awkward shape size and/or fragile, we may need to pack these separately. We will contact you if this is the case and advise.
Customers pay for their order with a credit card or debit card. If you choose to pay using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal on the first step of the checkout, then the pickup option is not available.
Customers cannot use express checkout options for pickup orders.
A customer cannot choose to have some items shipped and some items collected in store on the same order. Instead, the customer should place two separate orders.
