Shimano Bassterra EV Spinning Rods

Ideal for a multitude of fresh and saltwater lure applications from either the bank or boat, the Bassterra EV family of rods are constructed from robust XT60 carbon that provides a powerful and responsive action within each casting weight category. The fast action softer tip blends into the rigid backbone of the blank ensuring faster hook sets, but without compromising the playing action of the rod. Finished in attractive high gloss black lacquer, the matching blacking whippings are highlighted with subtle touches of electric blue and silver tippets which elegantly hold the hard chrome Fuji Alconite guides. The funky DPM style EVA handle is extremely robust as is the tried and tested Fuji DPS pipe reel seat.
